It’s my goal to make your on-line art purchase experience a complete success. If you don’t find the answers to your questions in the paragraphs below, please contact me through the website and I will answer your questions directly and solve any issues as quickly as possible.

Currency: All pricing is in Canadian dollars. A great deal for all US collectors!

Ready to Hang: All paintings are ready to hang, using professional quality wire and attachments. A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies every artwork. Unless otherwise noted, all artwork is painted on gallery depth canvas (1.5in deep) and images are painted around the sides, therefore framing is not required. While acrylic paintings are very durable, please note that they should not be hung in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

Copyright: Please note that copyright of the original painted image is retained by the artist. Jaynie Coulterman reserves the right to create printed reproductions of her original works for sale.

Shipments: Orders will ship within 5 – 7 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the size of the artwork. Shipping is available within North America only. Shipping is free within Canada. A flat rate shipping fee is applied for all US destinations, based on the size of the shipment. Any additional customs, taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the collector and may reflect the invoiced cost of goods. All paintings will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery.

If Shipment Arrives Damaged: If your painting arrives and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately via the website to let me know. Before opening the package, you MUST photograph the damaged package. You may then open the package to see if the work has been damaged, if there is damage to the artwork itself please photograph the damaged artwork.

In-Person Pickup: In-person pickup can be arranged in Ottawa, ON, Canada. If this is convenient for you, please select this option at checkout and email to schedule a pick-up time.

All Sales Final: except in the event of damage during shipment. While care has been taken to reflect the painting as accurately as possible in the images posted in the shop pages, please expect some variation in colour due to screen differences and lighting. To help you make a confident decision, I am happy to provide detail photos upon request. Note that images posted on Instagram or Facebook may vary from the original to a greater degree.

Privacy Policy

The privacy of your personal information is of great importance. Only statistical information is collected about visitors to the website, such as referring sites, type of browser used, pages visited and similar measures of user activity. This information is used to measure the number of visitors to different sections of the site, and to make the site more user-friendly to visitors.

If you identify yourself by sending an email or subscribing to the mailing list, your personal information will be used only to fulfill your request. Your information will not under any circumstances be released to any other mailing list or for any other purpose.
